Why should I sign up, what are the benefits?

If you visit our website without signing up you are free to browse the products we sell and their prices. However if you wish to purchase an item, you will need to sign up for an account (which is free). Our members will get informed as soon as we have new deals available and new product in stock. We also run promotions and competitions for which only our members will be eligible for. Signing up is quick, easy, and FREE, so sign up today before you miss out!

Do you share my details when I sign up?

No, we do not share your information with any other companies, except the necessary details for delivery companies in order to get your product to you. For more information on how we keep and use your details please visit our Privacy Policy page.

Why are most of the products at least a season old?

Every year brands will have some stock left over, we buy that stock in bulk at a discount allowing the savings to be passed on to you. However only our members get access to these discounts so be sure to sign up and become a part of the community!

Why is everything discounted?

Everything we sell on our website is still in the packaging and brand new, the only difference being that they are mostly past seasons gear. Although occasionally we do sell sample products that are new season gear, however these sell out super fast as there is only every a very limited amount of stock. So be sure to grab a bargain whilst you can!

What methods can I use to make a payment?

We accept payments from Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro.

I've ordered a product, how long will it take to get to me?

Delivery time can vary depending on the service you select. For those who can’t wait, the option of a next day courier service is available. If not then your item will be delivered via Royal Mail/Economy Delivery (usually 3-5 working days). For more details please visit our Delivery Service page. Specific delivery time estimates can be found when ordering a product on the Checkout page.

I'm not sure I've ordered the right item for me, what can I do?

You can either visit our Contact Us page to email or phone us, or you can follow our Returns Procedure to return your item once delivered.

Can I get any help deciding what product is right for me?

Do you give out any promotional codes, how can I use them?

Occasionally we give out promotional codes to our members. If you have a valid code you can enter it into the Redeem Voucher box whilst in the checkout section of payment.

How do I enter the competition?

For most of our competitions we automatically enter our members, however it’s best to check our Competitions page for individual Terms and Conditions.

Can I change my account details (email, password, delivery address etc) after initially creating the account?

Yes, you can alter your account details after signing in by clicking the “My Account” button at the top right of the page.
