Hassle Free Returns

We will happily refund any items purchased from The Sports Outlet within 14 days of delivery, just follow the procedure below & we'll let you know when we've received your return & refunded your payment.

All returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition with all their original packaging & labels still attached. (Please be aware that skis that have had bindings mounted to your specifications are no longer classed as new & unused).

Returns Procedure

If you would like to make a return, please click here to login to your account and view your order history. Select the order from which you would like to make a return and tick the check box next to the item you wish to return. Fill in the Merchandise Return box to let us know why you would like to return this item, then click the “Request a Return” button underneath.

You can then track the status of your return under the My Merchandise Returns section of My Account. Please allow one working day for us to process your return request. Once accepted, your return status will be listed as “Waiting for package”, at which point you must download the attached returns slip, and send your return to the given address.

When we receive your return, the returns status will change to “Package received”. Please allow 2 working days for us to process your return and issue your refund. When your refund has been issued your returns status will be updated to “Return Completed”.

If for any reason we cannot accept your return, your returns status will be updated to “Return Denied” and you will be emailed to explain the reason why.

Please note, we strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery service for valuable items. If you do not use a recorded delivery and the goods do not reach us safely, we cannot be held responsible.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return.

Unless the item is damaged or you have received the wrong product, we cannot cover the cost of returns postage.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

We are really sorry if you have received incorrect or damaged goods. Please follow the returns procedure as indicated above stating what the fault is & whether you’d like a refund or replacement. We will reimburse the cost of you posting the goods back to us as long as the cost has been agreed by us first.

If you request a refund, we will refund you by the method used to pay for the goods once the item has been returned. (This may take up to 7 working days to appear as cleared funds)

If you requested a replacement this will be dispatched as soon as your return has been received.

Warranty Returns

All items bought at The Sports Outlet are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Please email us before returning any items, with pictures if possible. We will inform you once we have made a decision on your claim under warranty. This may take a little while as some products will need to be sent for independent inspection.

Wear & tear is not covered under the warranty. In the case of repair due to wear & tear we will advise you of the costs before carrying out any work. Return postage will be at your cost.
